Unfortunately, my dog isn't so cooperative when I do yoga. The other day I was laying on the floor and she was peering over the side of the bed, watching me. She disappeared for a moment....then she re-appeared and dropped her toy on my face.

Mother always said that even when things seem bad there's someone else who's having a worse day. Like being stung by a bee or getting a splinter or being chained to the wall in someone's sex dungeon.

LOL that is too funny Sofie smile Maybe she thought you wanted a friend to do your activities with!

It's great that yoga is extending through families as a fun activity!

After I finish my session and get up, one of my dogs walks calmly onto my mat and does a perfect Downward Dog.

I am going to follow him around with a camera and try to capture this. smile It's pretty neat.

well, after doing yoga consistently now for something like a month, it turns out only the one dog is as interested in yoga as I am. The Chihuahua really seems attracted, in a peaceful way, to the yoga sessions. He just sits quietly on the floor b/t us and serenely watches.

The other dog, the standard Poodle, flops over on his side, in the room but not near us, and seems to have zero interest at this point.

This all may not mean anything but i did figure I would add more observations as I went along. smile

Okay, this is funny - there is actually a book called Doga. About dog yoga.

There are even a few others available about dog yoga. So someone else got there first! smile

That is too cool! It's neat that the chihuahua still enjoys watching you!
