Wow that is *awesome* news Jill!! Great job!! Hey a half inch is a lot to lose!

That is so true about your relatives - it is great that they have stopped smoking but soon (once they are really sure they won't go back to smoking) they will need to learn to eat more healthily. And by watching you make great progress, it will stick in their mind to talk with you when they are ready to take that next step. They will start to realize that they just can't keep eating the way they are.

I did it. I weighed in this morning and I was down to 203.5. I hit my 80 lb mark. I am very happy!!!

Next goal - under 200 lbs :-)

I have been riding my exercise bike every day!

Good for you on the bike, I know it can be really hard sometimes to get up the energy to get started. It really is so worth it!

I seem to have gained two pounds while working out daily and doing yoga. smile Now at 126. I am wondering if my period coming makes a difference? Er?

Today I am at 127...does anyone know if one's period makes one weigh more? Am I retaining water? This is weird.

Yes definitely your body gains weight during your period smile Don't worry about it! It's a natural cycle and will reset itself in a few days smile

Okay, update - yesterday the weight dropped back to 124 and today back to 127. I don't understand but will just go with it. smile

Since last update -

26th - yoga/stretch 15 minutes, treadmill 75 minutes

27th - 1 hour twist

28th - rest day

29th - 5 mile hike. 2 hour twist/tread, valeo ball, ab wheel

30th - 20 min yoga, 33 min intervals training, ab wheel

31st - 1 hour yoga, 20 min twist, treadmill 1 hour

April 1 - bed yoga, ab wheel, 1 hr treadmill, 30 minutes yoga (back and standing), then 2 more hours treadmill/twist to Biggest Loser show and No Excuses Workout

2nd - 40 minute yoga (back/seated with book), 1 hour twist/treadmill, 20 minute walk

3rd - treadmill 60 minutes, 1 hr walking, 20 min yoga (strength and balance)
