Today's log! I biked for 30+ minutes - I was reading the Wil Wheaton write-ups and completely lost track of time, so I'm not sure how much I ran over the set time. I did a fair amount of twisting on the twisty board, and I danced for about 1 1/2 hrs downstairs just now while Bob was practicing his darts. I also did maybe 15 Bowflex pulls.

well but remember, you can trace back in this forum to where I was doing NOTHING. It wasn't that long ago!! I would just sit in front of my computer all day long and do nothing at all. I finally got up the courage to sit on a bike for **three minutes** and it was too much for me. That's all I could do.

So take things in small steps. It all begins with small steps. Just walk a quarter mile. Go up and down your stairs a few times. Even a small change is better than the status quo!

That im doing, i walked my 2 miles this morning, and my bathroom is up stairs so with all the water i drink i am climbing up n down those stairs morning, noon n night ;o)

Great job, Skyhaven! Stairs are great exercise!

Today I did 40 minutes of yoga, 1 hour 20 minutes of dancing (at higher speeds) and lots of twisting smile

ok I admit it - I did no exercise at all today. I got up and have been plowing through my taxes all ... day ... long ...

Maybe tomorrow!!

I guess but I really do feel sluggish!! I *think* I am nearly done with the tax work. I am entering the mileage entries for the car which is very tedious, a separate entry for every time I ran to the post office. But it adds up!!

I should be sending in my CD to the tax guy tomorrow and then I will be back to normal, or more normal at least.

Is anybody else exercising or have we all hit the too - busy timeframe with taxes coming up?

Lisa, You will be able to get back to "normal" every day work outs now that your nearly finished with your taxes. i hope your sluggishness isn't cause your coming down with some thing. hope its just a brain sluggish. lol
