Some people like it long, some people like it short. How long do you like to stay away from your residence?

How long do you like to travel in your RV

If I am going to the trouble of traveling in an RV, I prefer a long trip.

It's not much trouble to travel in an rv. In fact I found it easier than traveling by car. Everything's there!

I've done the 3 week trip (I'm sure others have done way longer) but for me it was too long. I prefer one week excursions. Unfortunately you can only get so far in one week.

My youngest brother and I would like to rent an RV to take Mother around the country while she can still enjoy it. Any suggestions/advice on really good RV's and where we can rent them from?

You'll have to look in your area but in my opinion the bigger the better. We had a six person 2004 sunseeker. Funny, Moe, we're looking to downsize - at least for the summer. The smaller unit will allows us to be more agile and fit into some state and national parks that usually have a 25'-29' limit.
