I completely agree Ingilbert. People need to take control of their lives and make sounder decisions, ESPECIALLY when it comes to having kids. Kids only multiply your woes when you have them in poverty.

But, time and time again, you see poor single mothers who cant control their sexual urges popping out 4 or 5 kids. And she wonders why she struggles paying the bills and feeding her family.

Sad, but ridiculous.

I'm as cool as the other side of the pillow.

That couple is selfish - they aren't even giving those kids a possible chance! If they can't even take care of themselves, why punish an innocent child by bringing them into their world???

My office is next to a Salvation Army and although I back their efforts to help the homeless (especially the ones that are really and truly handicapped and/or mentally challenged), it makes me mad to see the druggies, alcoholics, and bums-by-choice leeching off the organization when the funds could go to deserving, honest people in need. What gets me the most is seeing some of the doped up homeless people making out in public and attempting to create more baggage to society. I hope they're on birth control or are sterilized!!! I've seen a few pregnant homeless girls walking around socializing with the drug addicts, too. So sad for their future kids. No chance.

I don't want to know how your breast pump works, where diapers are on sale, or another one of my friends' baby picture links.

Okay, since I've had a mean streak in me the last week, I'm going to continue.

I'm starting to get frustrated with all the wastes in society. All the people who are nothing but a drain.

How come when other people can't figure out their lives, we're expected to step in? Whatever happened to survival of the fittest?

And if you get pregnant while you're homeless, that should be grounds for an automatic abortion. If you can't get your own life together, how are you supposed to be responsible for someone else?

That's why I'm neither religious nor right-winged. In fact, I'm so liberal that I'm even left-handed. :-)

Har! My parents watch "Oh Really" every night, I have no idea how they can believe a single word he says because I KNOW they're not stupid.

Very well said. And me too, by the way.

Yes, we were separated at birth. Except your mom must have been an elephant, you know, with those 16-month gestation periods.

Your birthday IS coming up, right? I haven't missed it?

Don't rush me. I have two months to go, as of today.

And yes, my mother is an elephant... unless you like elephants. I wouldn't want to offend elephants or elephant fans by comparing those animals to my mother. *sigh* I really don't like that woman.

Cool! Me too! (Well, I'm very left-handed, and liberal...though not the kind of liberal who wants to give lots of welfare to people who keep having more kids!)

My DH calls me an izquierdista, which is a leftist in Spanish, and a lot like left-handed (izquierda).
