My Two most fav birds are the Robin Redbreast, an English bird, and he stays around for my birthday in December
And the Albatross, cos he is so big, and I love the word!! And I am not sure but I think they mate for life too

I couldn't possibly narrow it down to just one or ten or 50 birds. I can't think of one that I don't love.

I'm with Mavis, my favorite bird is the one I just saw! Although I admit that right now, at the end of winter in northern Indiana, I still love seeing the little Redbreasted Nuthatches work my suet feeder. They are so lively and colorful and will soon be taking off to the North.

The Budgie is my all time favourite. The Bourke's Parrot is a close second with Red Rumps my third.

I never had a favorite bird and I used to hate my name. Then I read the story about the Robin and how they got the redbreast - now I collect Robins and love my name...

I think my favorite wild bird is the bluebird, but I really do love them all. The bluebirds stay here all winter, with the cardinals and goldfinches, they're a touch of brilliant color during the colorless winter.

My favorite pet bird is our new Amazon Parrot, she is so much fun to listen too!

I love all kinds of birds but if I had to pick a favorite, it would have to be my precious Sun Conure, Bodhi. His sunshine always lights up my day!
