Have you ever made a layered shot? They look really pretty and are great fun! Here's one for St. Patrick's Day - it actually has the right colors! can you guess what's in it?

I'm guessing the bottom is creme de menthe, and that the top might be either Bailey's or Kahlua. I don't know about the middle, though.

Creme de Menthe is right! The bottom layer is "cream of mint" with a nice minty flavor. For the other two layers, I'll give you a hint. The colors of the Irish flag are orange - white - green if the colors aren't showing up well on your monitor

Oh, that makes sense. That top layer was looking sorta brownish to me, but if that liqueur is actually something orange, then I was totally off the mark.

Woo hoo!! Top prize goes to Beth!! Yes the top is actually Grand Marnier but you can certainly use Cointreau if you want to! It is sooooo yummy, a minty orange

I love parfait drinks. Once I get started, I want to make them all the time.
How do you drink yours? I like to start a cocktail straw at the bottom of the glass and move it up through the drink as I go, getting one flavor after another.
