I'm Cheryl and I'm the new asthma editor-in-training for the asthma site at BellaOnline. I hope you've had a chance to see the new articles posted on the site. I've got lots of ideas, but I always appreciate your questions and suggestions. Asthma affects one in ten Americans as well as impacting the lives of their families and friends who love them--so we have lots to discuss!

I started back on Prednisone yesterday, i have had cataracts, and i have osteoporosis related to the steroids, i truly hate taking it,but for me its a life saver. i use 4 different inhalers, use a nebulizer 3 times aday, and take singulair. i have had asthma for over 50yrs it has a great impact on my life

Yes i did Cheryl, i have developed horrible side effects from the steroids over the years. ;o(
