If ANYONE can tell me how to beat Yu Yevon, I'll be your best friend. For the life of me I can't figure out how to do damage without it all getting healed from Curaga. Thanks!!

ummm.. Yu Yevon is totally easy. I am not sure where you are having the problems... since you can't really die in the battle you should be able to knock out your aeons without a problem.... gee, I really can't htink of how you could be having that much difficulty, try casting haste on everyone and then hitting him with your hardest attacks.

go back to omega ruins, and get aurons strength up to at least 100, then get his ultimate weapon, the masamune, and youll do about 25000 dmg...then use holy with lulu and yuna. Done.

Cast Reflect on Yu Yevon so his curaga always goes to a member of your party.

aren`t you supossed to kill him with your aeons ?? for as far as I know

i think you have a problem - the easiest way to kill yu yevon is to cast zombie attack on it - bang bang heal heal - end of sin!
Yu Yevon is only a puppet boss, Jecht and Seymour are supposed to be the 'hard ones'

I beat Yu Yevon with doublecast <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

EASY! Just make sure Yuna has Life (I hope she does) and Holy, and make sure Auron has Zombie Attack. Keep attacking with Zombie attack. Until he becomes a zombie, use Holy. When he is a zombie, cast Life and that's it!
