I am sure I printed one off somewhere but Knitty is what comes to mind. Maybe you should check the Knitty site. It unfortunately wasn't crochet , but, I am also positive there was a Tunisian crochet bustier on the Gallery section of the Crochet Insider and I think it was 2nd edition. So if you type Crochet Insider into your computer and follow the link then check out the archive.It didn't give a pattern but it was magnificent.
