A long time ago, I read somewhere that you should not complain about cleaning your house but view it as "making love to your home". Because your house provides you with shelter and refuge, comfort and protection, every now and then, in exchange, you do something nice for it, and that would be house cleaning. This attitude helps me a lot!

That's a wonderful attitude fatina. I've also heard of something similar when writing out checks to pay bills. Instead of griping, we send off the bill in gratitude that we are able to pay it. I don't always remember to do this, but when I do, I do feel more at ease about paying bills.

I couldn't agree more! I am taking a break from my cleaning... I was just in the bathroom cleaning the baseboards, door frames, dust on the medicines cabinet and a really deep toilet cleaning! As I stepped back from a job well done I felt a sense of accomplishment! I really enjoy cleaning especially since I no longer use chemicals which give me a headache!
