Well Hello Silent Space! So, how long has it been since you were here?

I haven't seen CDM in a while...

I'm glad you enjoyed the article.

Loved your ideas for creating a good morning! I'm going to print it out and look at it daily.

I wondered where CDM went also. He did get many interesting discussions started in the spiritual subjects. seems like other topics have kind of taken over these days.

Journaling is an excellent way to get out whatever has been bothering you during the night (it's also good to do it before you go to bed so you can sleep better).

Exercise in the morning is suppose to be a great motivator for the day but I've always been a night person so for me exercise works better in the evening or later.

I've never been a morning personal but I think your article is equally relevant to us night owlers. I married a morning person - go figure. smile

I'm a very early morning person...that is, if by morning you mean from midnight to about 4 am or so. Just don't ask me to do anything between 5am and noon unless you pour a pot of coffee down my throat first. I've tried all the little tricks for making morning "better". None of them have every worked.

Ya know, I do think this could be turned around to fit a night owl too LOL! I do like to take time for myself before bed... it is so helpful! For that reason, I enjoy when my kids will go to bed around 9, and I'll stay up until 10:30 or 11. But I have to admit, I'm still an early bird :)coffee or not LOL!
