Am I correct,that as long as there are no claims that your soap, moisturizes,heals,etc. It is considered a soap and not a cosmetic therefore you can label it Soap, and it is reqired that the label state the net wt, and the name and full address of company and that is all?

Hi Simply Homemade: Yes, pretty much. As such you are not required to list the ingredients. Though I think many soap makers love to list their ingredients to showcase the great ingredients they use in their soaps.
