Kinderfrei,
I was at the doctor's office yesterday and overhead a woman talking about her great dane having 19 puppies!! She said they collectively weighed 200 lbs already, and she was anxious to get rid of them. That's a lot of puppy mass.

That was a good Wiki article, only one thing I didn't agree with. It said that: "...suggests that intelligent yuppie couples who remain childless will cause a bad future" which I disagree with. Not having children would cause a much greater future for the whole planet, it's morons pumping out tons of babies that caused the problem!

I have always hated the term "yuppie" - it infers the person is materialistic, shallow and self absorbed.
I know many people regard CF couples as "yuppies"...
I don't mind DINK...
Great we made Wikipedia...nice to see we're called a "community" rather than a cult.
I once heard someone say the CF were a cult - I studied hard at school and university - never really gave my parents or teachers any grief - and now, I'm a member of a cult. Well, that's fabulous!
I don't mind being a member of this cult...we're all pet lovers so no sacrificial lambs for us - perhaps, we could just BBQ some steaks and wash them down with some nice red...sacrificial steak and red wine!

Obviously, the person who called CF a cult has NO idea what an actual cult is. One of the biggest indicators of a cult is that is has a very charismatic leader, usually one who was "chosen by" the prior leader or was divinely chosen. CF has NO leadership that I've seen, it's all individuals coming to the same conclusion (not having kids is a good idea) through their own thought processes and personal experiences. Cults stomp down thinking and questioning.
