Okay, so what do I gain from spending time in the Omega Shrine? Also, does anyone have a list of Al Bhed passcodes to put into the airship's computer?

You gain loads of ap, some lv 4 key spheres and if you catch all the monsters a new area conquest monster for which you get goodies from the arena master.
also you get a lot of weapons from the monsters that you can sell.

AAand you can have kimahri learn NOVA and steal 30 gambler's spirits from omega weapon.
that enough for you?

there are 3 codes : GODHAND VICTORIOUS and MURASAME
I can't remember where I found them I found 2 of them by translating the blue al bhed plates
