if i remember correct, u get 30 by winning the chocoborace under remiem temple, but u only can do that ones

You can kill shinyru in the monster area under original monster list, he gives 1-2 depending if you overkill him. I know he is not easy but that is the only way for me to get it besides the choc. race in the us version.
oh, and also bribing malboros or a truckload of gil.
