thanks, frieda. i figured that this group of people could really appreciate how difficult it is to lose a pet.

fbritt, I'm sorry about your kitty. That's the only bad thing about having pets.

and while I don't have any photos of myself, y'all are more than welcome to check out the critters at:

thanks all. i may need to talk about it once in a while. my dog, you ask? you'd think he never knew her! what a needy jerk wink i think he's happy that he gets more attention from us shocked

if it was a dog, i think he'd be showing signs of something, but he's acting like nothing is different. it made me angry for awhile, but then i realized, he's a dog. plus, he makes up for it (a little) by cuddling me when i'm sad.

Sorry to hear about your kitty fbrittt. It's awful to lose a pet.

Tbunny, I volunteer at the humane society and we've had 3 rabbits dropped off recently. I got the chance to interact with them and gotta say, love 'em! Unfortunately I'm not in the position to adopt any pets right now but I would love to get a rabbit someday!

lngilbert, you and your hubby are so cute! Can I ask how old you are? You look like you're my age, and I'm 28.

I've tried to remain pretty anonymous, but the odds of someone I know coming across this exact posting are pretty slim. That, and I want to share! I now have a truer picture of what each of you look like in my head. I don't think I'm as hot as some of you are (and I know I'm not as fit, but I've lost 20 pounds since I got married in July). The picture following of me and my hubby was taken a few days before the wedding:

You all look so great. I think everybody is doing their bit to make being child-free look pretty attractive!

After finally working out how to upload some photos on the internet, here's some of our little family. Mick & Bec's photos
