That is so wonderful... I too went from very similar sizes as Pierce's wife from '97 to '01 and my husband left me over it. ~yes that really was his "reason". I got fat and he wasn't attracted to me any more! Kudos to Pierce! You love someone for who they are not what they look like!
I have always thought him the sexiest man alive. When I read about how he stood by his first wife while she died of Cancer and how he grieved, I knew was so much more then a pretty face. Now to see this, again he confirms with his behavior that he is a wonderful husband.
