Anyone that is interested in taking hair vitamins. I have been taking the them for 4 months now. They are awsome. My hair is much fuller and has grown like it never has before, I recomend them to anyone I love long hair and trying to grow it to my lower back or longer, so far its under my bra strap. I cant wait. Enjoy
