Wow.

This is a wonderful list and post. I've participated in something similar.

It's called 43 things. There you find, and designate 43 things that you want to do in your lifetime.

You can also see other people who are trying to accomplish the same thing.

And then you can revisit it and check off those things as you accomplish them.

I am always excited when I revist my 43 thing list.

I've visited that website many times, but i never set up a profile. It is inspiring, and i love reading people's comments and logs.

Has anyone else seen the site?

Latarsha, i've been reading a little of 43 Things morning and evening now since you mentioned it. Reading about other people trying to "simplify" their lives inspired me today to work on decluttering and organization. Thank you for reminding me of it.

43 things is interesting. I've signed up but haven't added anything yet. I want to think about it for a day. There are many things I want to do before I die but I know a lot them I won't do for one reason or another.

I'd like to get the house to be more clean, right now it's a complete disaster zone because I'm working on the website 24x7 smile

I'd like to do more to support women's projects around the world.

rosie-the older you get, the harder it will be to make that happen-lol.

I see more lines every day but I have to say I'm much happier overall than I was back when I really worried about my outside looks!

I'll have to check out the 43 things website. I hadn't seen that before.

What I'd like to do before I die is learn to live in the moment-each and every moment! I practice but am not there yet.

I am 73 now, and have accomplished some of my early goals, and failed at others, but I am still trying! There always seems to be a new goal glimmering on the horizon, and that keeps life interesting. I am an artist and have been making my living from pottery for the last 30 years, but have been getting bored with the pots lately and more and more turning to painting, which is where I started many years ago.

Specifically, I want to complete a series of paintings that I have just begun of scenes of Key West, and to get into the Key West Fine Arts show with them next winter. I have done the KW Craft show with my pottery for many years and love that town, it would be wonderful to be there with paintings next year!
I almost feel that it is dangerous to put this goal out in the public arena, who knows what may happen between now and next winter?
Wish me luck!
