Next time you visit Disney you might think about staying at The Swan, while they don't ban children, its not geared to families, its more geared towards adults. I asked the difference between the Swan and the Dolphin and thats what I was told.

I think you get a good deal staying on the property because they offer you a discount on the tickets to enter the parks. AND its posible to come and not rent a car when staying on the property if all you want to do is at Disney. They have excellent transportation around the place.

Fine by me. The restaurant really does seem like the sort of place that you'd not want to bring a sub-10 child to anyway.

My husband and I love Walt Disney World! There are a lot of CF couples that go there, too. It is SO not just for kids. We love the rides, the great food, the beautiful scenery, and all of the fantastic shows. We stay at the best resorts - the more you spend, the fewer kids there are around.

Disney is SO good at keeping the irritation of children to a minimum for adults. The place is awesome.

A great CF activity is the tours. They're pretty spendy, but there are hardly ever kids on them. Just adults. You get to see all of the behind-the-scenes stuff. We saw costumes being made, the huge warehouse where the Christmas supplies are kept, and watched the Disney princesses doing their hair. It was great.

Our goal is to visit every Disney in the world.

Lisa Orlando- we went and saw the Swan and although I can believe that it is adult orientated, we didn't like it. That's the kind of people that we are, though. It just seemed too snobby for us. Plus it lacks that 'Disney feel' that the other resorts have.

If you stay there, please let me know how you liked it. We just had that quick impression and I'd like to know if we were wrong.
