Moss, this is a great article! I used to suffer from depression in my teens and early 20's but when I started taking vitamins, cutting the junk food and eating healthier, I lost my unhealthy food cravings and stopped being depressed.
Altho this approach won't solve all depression problems, it can only help, even if a person needs mediations. Taking a yoga class where you learn to calm your mind is also very helpful.
