Great article, Lisa!

I especially like the tip about writing down your goals. It works! I like to keep a "goal journal" so I can clarify and reassess my goals regularly. I think it helps keep me on track. smile

Thanks for the insight Lisa,

I especially liked your point about allowing flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.

Too often we find ourselves setting goals, but then get thrown off the horse a bit if something unforeseeable occurs.

I've had to learn the hard way that life is that thing that happens in the midst of trying to accomplish some of our goals.

Those who have acheived life success find a flexible way to steer around, through, and over those obstacles that seem to careern wildly into their lives.

Thanks for the inspirational strategy needed to make our goals more realizable!

Thanks for the kind words about the article. I'm glad you found it helpful.

Latarsha, I've been constantly reminding myself about the need to be flexible with goals for the past two weeks. I've been without Internet service for almost 2 weeks (my business is Internet based) and have been fighting with my Internet service provider that entire time to no avail eek . So, needless to say, I'm far behind on completing my December business goals and trying to remind myself to be flexible and realistic given the current situation.

I completely agree with your comment that:
"Those who have acheived life success find a flexible way to steer around, through, and over those obstacles that seem to careern wildly into their lives."
What a great thought to keep in mind.
