Each of my clients received something I knew they'd appreciate. I purchase the items during the year. How do I know they'd enjoy it? It's either something they've said they wanted for their business and hadn't purchased OR in their client profile, I ask them personal questions about their likes, dislikes, favorite toy, color, etc. And I purchase something based on that.
