Do you have any experience with coconut oil?

Warmly,
Jane

My daughter just started using this for her skin as she's had trouble with break-outs on her chin and someone recommended coconut oil to her.

I've started using it for my candida cleanse. I take a few TBSP per day. It does have a pleasant taste, but its texture could be rather not thrilling for folks. It's taking me a bit to get used to it, but my gut is appreciating it.

I've been using virgin coconut oil for years. Make sure you get the real thing. Meaning unrefined, unheated, raw virgin coconut oil. The refined stuff is dangerous for your health.

Virgin coconut oil is the best oil to cook with. Why? because when it's heated it does not break down into trans fats. You know, the stuff that clogs your arteries.

The only other oil I use is extra virgin olive oil. Also, very good for you, but not good to use in high heat cooking.

Have a happy healthy holiday!

LastingOne-is the virgin coconut oil helping your candida yeast?

After getting some for my daughter, I just started using it to cook with, as well as using it on my face. It really makes your skin soft. Much cheaper than expensive creams too!

Thanks for the links! I use virgin coconut oil on my hands at night. The winter really dries them out but the coconut oil helps a lot.

I have been using this also and it is good for so many things. I also found Coconut flour that I use to bake with. Being diabetic, it is super substitute for regular flour. I love it.
