Follow the Djose Highroad down into the area where Seymore had to give you clearance to get in past the guards. Shorty after there, the road branches straight and to the left. Go left and follow the path.

but I think you wanted the place where the rusty sword wants to go to give Auron his Ultimate weapon!!!! and thats straight on but I warn you watch out for the two women in the middle of the rd if you have the International version as they summon Dark Magnus Sisters!!!!
once you have the ultimate weapon don't try and pass them instead go up the rd thats explained above there's a save point there!!! use that to board the airship!!!!
