Hi everyone! I am fairly new to the site. I joined at the beginning of the month but have been so busy I have not had much time to post anything.

I make jewelry, not really surprised are you? I love to look at jewelry and I always think "I could make that!" I don't usually, but take great satisfaction in knowing I 'could'.

I am launching a home based business right now so I am feeling a bit overwhelmed. I hope this group will serve as a good outlet and information center.

Sincerely,
SoBohemian

i get my swarovski from fire mountain gems
they are priced lower than anywhere else i've checked--have a good selection-and very good quality--i have always gotten my orders promptly and the people i've talked to when ordering by phone were super helpful--i do not have a wholesale number yet, so there are some sites i cannot access--i think 'rings n things' is wholesale only--anyway--for me- fire mountain gems has fit the bill--not affiliated in any way--just satisfied customer

I'm pretty sure that for Rings-n-Things, you just have to meet their minimum order amount to place an order. I think it's something like $25 minimum, but they add a few dollars of processing fee unless you spend something like $50.

I've purchased a lot from them, but I've also purchased crystal beads from Fire Mountain, and I agree they are an excellent source.

thanks chris for the info--i haven't been to 'rings' site in long time--got hung up sending all my $$$ to fire mt--LOL!
i'll have to check them out again!
just went through a discussion on another group about the quality of swarovski at fire mountain--and according to email from them, they are qualified to sell direct from the head plant in austria--so that was good to know--anyway--whatever the price i think they are worth it! smile
