Soon I'll be posting an article on easy jewelry-gift ideas that you can craft yourself - but first I thought I'd take a look at gifts for jewelry crafters.

Will you be giving any gifts to jewelry crafters this holiday season? If so, do you know what you'll get them - and will it be jewelry-related?

Or, if you're a jewelry crafter yourself, what would you most like to receive as a holiday gift? (It can be totally expensive and outrageous, or something "reasonable" - the choice is yours.)

hi chris
well, i'm the only jewelry crafter in the family, so won't be giving any of them gifts this year
as a jewelry designer what i'd most like to receive, listed in the order i'm craving them are:
PMC starter set
silver/gold filled wire
silver/gold filled wire
swarovskis crystals

yeah, i listed wire twice, cause i really really really want some more to play with smile
hope everyone has their heart's desire wrapped and presented to them this holiday!

Wire is something I always need to. It's funny because it probably sounds too "boring" for non-jewelry-artisans to buy for a gift . . . but if they only knew how much we love it!

LOL! hey, my daughter wears my jewelry as an advertisment for me, and she knows i always need wire--last year at christmas my son-n-law got me a little torch so i could 'fire stuff'--they are really great at getting things i need, use, and enjoy--(always get me chocolate too, cause it's one of my main vices!)
