Over the last year or so I've had a few dreams where I am at an airport usually rushing to make a flight and having a long distance to get to the gate and knowing I'll never make it in time.
This time, I was at an airport but I wasn't going anywhere, I was actually doing customer appointments at a little desk I had set up under a set of stairs. I had gone to get a coffee from a kiosk somewhere more deeply inside the airport and when I started back I saw that throughout the terminal, down the halls and even in some shops men (only men) on pop up wheeled stretchers like they use in the back of ambulances. There were men of all ages, some where sitting up and laughing and chatting with guys also on stretchers near them, others were unconscious or critical and doctors were trying to revive them.
I tried to find out what was happening- had there been a crisis on a flight, or in the terminal? Was this a simulation for disaster readiness? Why only men? I couldn't get information from anyone and I tried to bribe them, tease the info out of them, etc.
Kind of stumped as to what this means and the dream's clarity has stayed with me for the last few days. It felt there was something important in the dream, confusing and disturbing yes, but not threatening.
Any ideas?
