I find it incredibly helpful to have a Coach who believes I am fully capable of accomplishing everything I want to do. It also helps me clarify my goals.

I listened to the video (while I was writing my next article). He made an interesting point. I always think of life coaching in terms of learning how to work smarter, career advancement,etc, but a coach can help you find more joy in your life.
