This week we have Diwali. Crackers are all ready going. This whole week in India is a Noise week.

Well, i was delayed going on my walk this morning, for i woke up and discovered the furnace was blowing cold air! The instructions for the furnace are complicated, but i didn't play helpless and worked my way through them and relit it myself... saving some money not to have to call a repair person.

I'll change clothes and go for my walk now.

Our next big trip is in January! Going to mexico! yay!

Hey, good for you, Holly! I'm glad that you could take care of it yourself. Did you enjoy your walk? I just got back from mine and am going to cool done HERE and see how everyone is doing.

Lala, I thought your trip was coming up pretty soon. How lucky you are to go somewhere SO warm while we are still in the cold. I am really happy that you will be around more often!

Haridas, I think the candles that light the night are much better than the firecrackers. It is cool how the legend of victory of good over evil plays out using light from candles and lamps to illuminate the homes and hearts. I enjoy having lit candles floating in water, too. They are so peaceful. Enjoy the harvest festival with your family.
