Haridas, I think the candles that light the night are much better than the firecrackers. It is cool how the legend of victory of good over evil plays out using light from candles and lamps to illuminate the homes and hearts. I enjoy having lit candles floating in water, too. They are so peaceful. Enjoy the harvest festival with your family.
