yes. I was talking with my friend N last night and we may do yoga together with an instructor.

This week i'm trying to get on a regular schedule for work and sleep, relaxation time every day, regular meals, regular sleep, and reading the last hour in the day. I think this will help a lot.

My friend N says she thinks this will help her, too. She's retired, but she has several elderly family members, and she takes them to appointments constantly and has a lot of other things going on. Though she couldn't always do this, she can try to schedule most of these appointments and errands for one particular day of the week, and that should make it less stressful for her, and for her mother and aunt, also.

Why are irregular schedules stressful?

I think that the best way to get rid of stress is through workouts it releases endorphins in our bodies and we feel relaxed and all the stress goes out...
Stress is the main cause of several diseases and if we don't manage to control ourselves we will be the ones to loose..
Life is too short we have to live day by day..
laughter is the best cure for those gloomy days!!!

I've been looking into a Aikido class. Anyone have any experiences they would like to share with me?

Can you tell me what practicing Qi Gong has been like for you? A friend and I are both interested in it, I need something that will allow me to regain focus and control, plus relax.

Thanks much.
