And some tips for the monitor -

To ease neck and shoulder strain, the monitor should be placed directly in front of the keyboard at about an arm's length distance. The top of the screen should be at about eye level, or the area of the screen where most of the work is being performed should be about 15 degrees lower than eye level. Keep the screen clean and adjust color and contrast so that the work is clear and crisp.
