I just purchased a bottle of loreal permenant color this my first time using it and it did not come with instructions do you wet your hair prior to applying this hair color. Also on the side it says to mix with developer is that what is also called a booster.TP

ok mix the dark colored bottle with the pointy toped bottle put your gloves on and apply to your hair cover completely. leave it on for 35-40 mins put water in your hair and lather up like you are shampooing your hair leave on another five min. raise completely water should run clear from the ends. towel dry and apply the cream in the other tube leave on 3 min. and raise completely syle as useual!
