Hello ladies,
Please read my recent article on the gynecology page regarding calcium and vitamin D intake and lowering your risk for breast cancer. It is an easy and inexpensive way to decrease your risk of a killer.

I think vitamin D is turning out to be one of the most important vitamins you can take. Andrew Weil is now recommending 400 to 1000mg daily to ward off many kinds of cancer.

Please Dr. Maria could you tell to me if fibrocystic disease in female breast could lead to cancer ,I am worried because my friend had a surgery to remove a lump from her breast and the doctor told her that it was benign after sending it to biopsy , it was a 3cm cyst. I am worried and I never heard about fibrocystic disease .I need a feedback pls.
