When you walk, sit, stand, or bend, do your joints creak and crack? Do you have arthritis in your fingers, wrists, shoulders, knees, back or hips? Do you hurt when you do everyday activities or special one in a while chores? What do you do for arthritis? Have you ever taken OTC drugs to alleviate arthritis symptoms? Do you think OTC drugs are the only way to rebuild cartlidge? Is it possible that the genes we inherit give our bodies the natural ability to repair joints?

I take glucosamine every day, plus some anti-inflammatory herbs such as turmeric and omega 3's for pain. I also eat an anti-inflammatory diet.This has helped me a lot with osteoarthritis.

My dad has arthritis and no cartilage in his hips. He takes SAM-e also. If you have some cartilage, you can help preserve it with natural means. If it's gone, not sure you could get any back again.

Andrew Weil has a great anti-inflammatory diet on his website. This is also good for allergies because allergies cause inflammation.

Yes, I heard Omega 3 and fish oils were good, as well as glucosamine. Good to know I'm on track!

My mother swears by Turmeric for her arthritis. I think i will start eating it more for prevention reasons. Isn't Turmeric found in curry?

Yes, turmeric is found in curry and you can also get it in capsules. It is a great anti-inflammatory.
