George did not tell Callie yet. She had a really bad day, and asked him not to say anything, but she knows because she is giving Izzy a really hard time. They haven't confirmed anything about Callie being pregnant yet, but leading you to believe she is. I really just wish the Meredith/McDreamy thing would be better written. I am constantly being annoyed by them, they love each other, but are just having casual sex but no sleep overs. Do real people act like this? I know, it's only TV.
