How do u upgrade ultimate weapons, it's getting annoying that it takes so much time to get the weapons, but i can't use them.

First you need the ultimate weapon and the sigil and crest, then you go back to there you got celestial mirror (macalania forest) talk to the plant and tell him what weapon you want to upgrade

Yes, that is the place. You approach, push X, and it will ask you if you want to upgrade a weapon. Then you choose tha character whose weapon you want to upgrade according to the availability of crests and sigils.
