I have never made this myself but after doing some reseach I think the following recipe would work.
8 oz cream cheese (light would be healthier)
2 tbsp carrots, finely chopped
2 tbsp celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp scallions, finely chopped
1 tbsp radishes, finely chopped
Place cream cheese in a mixer and blend until creamy. Add the rest of the ingrediants and slowly blend until combined.
