How do you think Americans view insanity?
What are your views on insanity in America?
How do we define insanity?
Are those labeled insane always crazy?
Or is this a term we use for anyone who provokes us to thought?
Why does insanity frighten us so, and yet we often idealize its presence in association with artists--in fact expect artists to exhibit mental illness, as if madness and art inherently go hand in hand?
