We were talking in another thread about using coffee to fight cellulite. There's certainly been enough hype about it lately. Anyway, I don't have all THAT MUCH cellulite, but I hate what I have and bathing suit season is just around the corner PLUS I adore scrubs anyway, sooooooo I bought the coffee & cream scrub from bellapelleskincare.com . I'm absolutely and totally IN LOVE with this stuff. It smells delicious and feels especially luxurious. It's loaded with coffee grinds but it has other good stuff in it too - extra caffeine (which also helps cellulite), sugarcane extract, sugar, scrumptious body butters, etc. I love the smell too.

I've been using it every morning for a few weeks now. To be honest, I wasn't really paying all that much attention to the cellulite issue. I just like the feel of it and it leaves my skin so silky that I can get away without using any body stuff afterwards - a big plus cause I'm always late in the am ( blush). This weekend was warm out and I had on short shorts while working in the garden. Caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. ZERO cellulite !!!! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO ! This stuff is my new HG !!!

Do you exercise or just use the scrub?

I've found that just changing my diet and drinking plenty of herbal tea has done the trick for me! It's a great feeling!

You can also make your own coffee scrub treatment using your own coffe grinds, you can mix it with a little oil and sugar to make applying it easier and exfoliate at the same time.

Another tip for getting rid of cellulite is to stop with the white processed food, there is no nutrient value to it and for some reason, at least for myself i noticed that it actually dissappeared when I cut white products out of my diet.

Studies done have shown that diet is important in controlling cellulite which means no excessive fat and refined process foods. Also that a sedentary lifestyle contributes to the cellulite factor as well.

Katee I've heard of some people using a coffee scrub and being wired afterwards....did you experience same?
