I am always interested in learning about other's take on chakra cleansing. I personally will always work with my own before I let anyone else play with them. I really enjoy meditating and trying to brighten the color of each chakra. After all chakera's are about the same brightness, i try to feel the energy flow up and then down thru all my chakras. It is a meditation of my own that I have been profecting for a couple of years, but it works :-)

Another thing that I have learned, if you are not experienced in working with chakra energy... DO NOT spin them! Sometimes it is hard to get them to stop and you could be off balance for DAYS!

Thanks Corrin, I've been trying to do my own meditation too after following a few of other people's for a while. I tried to take what works for me and use that.

I have trouble telling if they are opened closed or blocked on me but with others I can feel the energy and tell what is going on. but on myself I cant feel the energy at all with my hands but sometimes I can feel it move inside and sometimes I cant even feel that much.... I dont understand whats going on and I and really good at helping others but why not me?

It's probably hard to be objective when it's you. I often gain fantastic insights from talking things over with friends who give me an entirely different take on a situation I'm dealing with.

Maybe you should find someone like yourself that you can trust to do an "energy reading" on you.

mmm I like under the bible belt the people here dont know what energy work is and they would burn be at the stake for bringing it up! no joke! but I think you have a point that I cant be objective when it is myself

I would love to find someone to be my mirror but I am the only one who does energy work here...and the group that i had on yahoo closes the 13 for ever so... this is my last hold out for info and chat about it!

It is very different in Wales, I am surrounded by energy workers- mind you training them up helps! I do feel for you- I'd hate to feel isolated with this stuff as you end up viewing life very differently from the people around you.

Yeah I really have to watch what i say and to who i say it to because there are a lot of christians who try to convert me...funny thing is I am a christian but I tend to have a negative veiw of the christians around her that believe if you dont go to there church and think and act like them and do what they say them you have to get resaved and your not a good christian...in other words there better them me... I dont mind that so much because i really dont care. but its the having to hid what i think and my view so i dont get non stop convert hounds at my door every day for here till dooms day!!! lol

I don't know what christianity have to do with chakra cleansing, but it would be good if you learned more about the spirit of man. Once armed with knowledge you will defend your views and also back your hounders into a corner, with your questions.
