I attended two of Clay's summer concerts, in Philly and Newark, and besides his superb voice, Clay is also a wonderful entertainer!! Many people seeing him for the first time were very surprised to find he is also remarkably funny and has great interaction with his audience. I'm already looking forward to his Christmas concerts!!

I'm a little late to the party, but I saw Clay in Tulsa. I had great seats, and it was probably my favorite concert ever. I hope to go to Wichita for the Christmas concert.

I saw Clay in Columbus, Cary, Asheville, and Knoxville. I have to say, I think that Cary and Asheville were my favorite. Knoxville felt weird to me but maybe because it was indoors. Ha, that my sound weird in itself.
They were great concerts. I really enjoy seeing Clay live. I think we can expect great things from his next album.

Hi Chel:
Loved your article and can identify with a lot of it! Clay is a very special man that is for sure. He is responsible for getting me out of a very deep depression after my 22 year old daughter was murdered. His beautiful, unique voice touched my scared and broken heart! His singing reaches in and touches a very deep part of the soul. His fun and upbeat personality can always make me laugh. I have gone to 22 concerts of his so far and this time to the Philly concert and the Newark concert. I liked the Newark concert the best! More because of the venue than Clay's part, he was great at both concerts. For me, there is no other singer, either male or female, that can come close to Clay's wonderful voice! I liked Elvis but I love Clay Aiken! His Mom sure is a very blessed woman for having such a wonderful son.
Sincerely, dottybgood from PA

Dear Dotty: Thank you so much for your story. It's amazing how many people I've heard from that were helped by Clay. I was as well during a very difficult period in my life after recovering from an almost disabling depression. Thank you so much for posting. Chel

Dottybgood, your story is very moving. I'm so glad Clay and his music touched you so deeply. There are so many fans who have been helped in various ways by this wonderful man. I also have been to about 20 concerts and wish it had been more. There has been something so special about Clay, right from the beginning! He has enriched all our lives in some way!
Chel, I'll be in Washington, too! Also have tickets for Redbank, NJ, and hoping to hear about Baltimore soon. Prior to those I'll be seeing him in NY at the end of Oct. and LAS VEGAS for the Ice Skating Special. The rest of my year will be just fine!!

Hi Chel,
Thank you for your wonderful articles.
I was able to go to 3 of the 4 summer Clay concerts in Calif. His first summer concerts in Calif since 2004 so we were really ecstatic to see him.
Unfortunately no Christmas concerts are scheduled out here.
If I could afford it I would follow him to wherever he appeared. He is the best thing to have happened to music in many, many years.
I know so many people that have been helped by Clay's music. He is amazing!
I hear that American Idol Rewind will start showing Season 2, The season of our Clay, starting on September 30. Sure hope that is true. Apparently WGN has confirmed this but we need to check our own local area's listings.
Wahoo!!! They're gonna be surprised at the ratings aren't they?
Ann
