You need visit the large crystal on the crystal path (it doesnt look much like a crystal to me, just a big plant-looking thing). Its the same place where you converted the cloudy mirror into the celestial mirror. Press x and choose Yuna, offer the crest to raise its power, then the sigil to maximise it. After all that you should have Nirvana with its special abilities.
