Hello I am new to this board, so hello My name is Sharon.. the other night I had a dream , My father sister and husband were outside , I am guessing preparing to go back home and saying their goodbyes, I was taking my Mothers puppy to go potty, (My Mom passed away in May this year) as Ebony my sweet dog was doing her business three lioness appeared, walking calmly toward us one was right next to Ebony, my natural reaction was fear, but as I was walking away to return inside the house,I was so calm no fear... as I walked into the Kictchen there was my Mother standing there, it appeared maybe drying her hands or cleaning , to be honest I wasnt paying too much attention because I was surprised to see her , she turned to me and smiled and that was it. Can anyone one tell me what this could mean? thank you Sharon

I have reoccurring dream of being in a house with an unseen ghost / presence. This presence is menacing and I am very leery of it but I feel in control. I spend the entire dream trying to out smart it and get out of the house. Can anyone tell me why I keep having this dream? Maureen

Hi Sharon, welcome to this forum and sympathies on losing your mom recently. Having said that though, my first thought reading about the lionesses in your dream was that your mother is still with you. It didn't surprise me at all that your mom was waiting in the kitchen doing domestic things. Lionesses are powerful maternal symbols: they are hunters and fierce protectors. Why you saw three is a good question and one you may have some insight to. Mom to the power of 3 maybe? Or maybe some trinitarian mom force - is your grandmother still living? Taking the dog out to potty might be simply an example of loving care you provide for her puppy, or it might have something to do with letting out, or letting go of emotions you might have around you right now (literally poop!)
