HAHAHAHAHAH!!!! I DID IT! hurray for me!

it took me 3 days <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> but finnally i did it first i got 40.9 my first try then i got 3.6 then 3.9 then 2.0 closer <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> then finnally i did it <img src="/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> but its not like i did it every day i did it for like a day

No lie here, swear to god, it took me like 10 tries and i had it. Sure my first 5 or so tries i got like 40 seconds. But after that i tried using the D-pad, and just runnign sideways when i saw a bird coming, for it to miss automatically.

In the end i got 0.0.0 seconds, with 16 balloons and 1 bird. Not that hard really, just get all balloons u can, and when u see a bird close, run to the side until it passes. <img src="/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

I think the best way to do it is first to play the first games and when you can do that without a scratch then you do the race I haven't tried to get the sigil yet but I wouldn't mind playing the Chocobo game for 4 hours I like those mini-games.
