I agree, the blueberry is a powerful superfood. Lately I have been hearing more and more about acai. Apparently acai has been endorsed by Oprah as the #1 superfood. The acai berry contains copious amounts of vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and healthy fats. It's actually a combination of a fruit and a fat. Acai has yet to go mainstream making them hard to find. I think this will be changing soon. I just created a post about acai on my blog. Here is the link:
