Why would my husband say in front of my in-laws that he would get a truck with an extended cab for "when we have a family"? WTF! When is this supposed to happen? I'm 35 and DO NOT want a kid with birth defects or any kid for that matter. I thought this was an understood fact that I would not be good mommy material. He does a lot of the cleaning, but he can't even handle the dog!
He is also planning a trip to Disney next year and then follow that up with a trip to Europe? Where does a kid fit into this? This better have been a slip-up. He just went and gave them false hope again.

Did you ask him exactly what he meant by that, because the only way the two of you will have a child is if he conceives and births it himself, cause you AIN'T HAVING ANY????
Yeah, it isn't good to give them false hope. I never say stuff like that, so I would wonder where that came from, too. I would ask him about it for sure.
