I'm not starting religious talk. I am merely referring to a post I made earlier in the thread, and that the above quotation confirms what I stated.
That's all.
You sound very defensive, is everything ok with you?

I am wondering if the 'price' mentioned means the same thing as what I said about visualizing our desires, but needing to work jolly hard to bring them into fruition?

I know how hard it is to keep on trying against great opposition.

I do believe in the power of thought, when it is accompanied by strong desire, determination and perseverance, and all important, belief.

I must go back through the other thread and read more about it.

(I have also experienced a major change in my brain, which has made me a bit 'woolly'!)

Yes, annididetal, i think perhaps that has much to do with it.

Any great reward entails great effort.

I think in Spiderman, the favourite quotable phrase (or mantra - laugh ) is:-

"With great Power comes Great responsibility"
I think that with any great gift we receive, there must be a great previous effort - if it is not an unexpected windfall, that is....Then it's just such a nice surprise!

I am perfectly OK. Enjoying talking with you. I love talking with people who have distorted logic. I learn a lot from them. Thanks.

Distorted logic?
How do you perceive this then?
I don't think it's very appropriate to state that the logic of others is distorted simply because they don't happen to conform with yours.

I'm not. I'm merely stating an opinion and asking you to clarify.
it takes a lot more than this to get me defensive, and i never get offensive, believe me.
How is my logic distorted, please?

Why say - relationships are useless in a thread where everyone is discussing about how to get one?

It is like going to a school and tell all the students to stop all studies because that will not give lasting peace!

well if you cannot - or are not willing - to enter into dialogue, then why say it at all?

This sounds like nonsense. As they say in the UK, put your money where your mouth is.
Come on, you started this....!! laugh
